Real estate in Spain differs greatly from in the north. That is why it is important that you establish a collaboration with a professional buyer's agent who helps you through the buying process, right from the start of your dream of a home in Spain, until you have the keys in your hand.

It is important for me to make sure that you feel at ease doing the whole process, and build up a good cooperation. The more you can tell us about your wishes & requirements for housing, price rent, size of housing, etc., the more specifically we can ‘vacuum’ the market and find the properties that matches your needs!

We typically spend 2-3 days together, where we take a look at different areas on the coast - of course simultaneously with discovering potential properties.

With access to all properties for sale, together with my acquaintance of the Costa del Sol, I can help you make your Spanish housing dream come true.

We emphasize the importance of you feeling safe throughout the process, so that you are well prepared when your dream home has been found and we are ready to act.
